| Description The UK Bribery Bill will come into force in 2010 and will make it illegal to bribe a foreign official to obtain or retain business. This means that unlimited fines may be imposed on companies found guilty and individuals who make illegal and improper payments may face fines and imprisonment of up to ten years.
