Robertson T. Park, a Shareholder in Murphy & McGonigle‘s Washington, D.C. office, became ETHIC Intelligence’s 12th Certification Committee member in March 2016. Robertson focuses his practice on white-collar criminal matters, enforcement defense, internal corporate investigations, and compliance counseling.

Robertson T. Park, Juris Doctor, graduated from the Antioch School of Law in Washington, D.C.. He was Trial Counsel in the FCPA prosecution of United States v. Frederic Bourke, Jr. and worked for more than 10 years as an Assistant Chief at Fraud Section, Criminal Division United States Department of Justice Washington, D.C. where he was responsible for the investigation and prosecution of significant matters within the Fraud Section. He has broad experience in significant matters involving procurement, bankruptcy, health care, commodities, financial institutions frauds and FCPA violations. Robertson T. Park started his career as an Assistant United States Attorney at the US Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C in 1984. He has received numerous awards including the Assistant Attorney General’s Award, the Attorney General’s Award for Exceptional Service, and the Criminal Division Award for Intradepartmental Cooperation.

Robertson T. Park is a founding member of the Murphy & McGonigle’s White Collar Defense, Investigations, and Compliance Counseling Group.
